Strengthen the power of your mind – part one

In this series of articles, I will discuss inner power and how to activate it according to Anthony Robbins’s teachings. I will present some points that can completely change the face of your life.

First, I think it’s better to get to know Anthony Robbins a little more:

The powerful American writer and speaker Anthony Robbins was born on February 29, 1960, in a relatively poor family. After getting his high school diploma, he started doing various jobs but was unsuccessful. At the age of 22, he lived a poor single life in a 40-meter apartment, and according to himself, he had to wash his dishes in the bathtub. Apart from financial troubles, due to overeating and bad eating, he weighed more than one hundred and twenty kilograms, and due to obesity, he had suffered from laziness, lethargy, and sleepiness. But amid poverty and misery, he had ambitious dreams and aspirations. In his fantasy world, he imagined himself in a beautiful palace on the seashore and near a lush forest, and he considered himself a worthy wife with an expensive car and dream facilities.

Finally, he decided to fight his obesity, and to achieve this goal, he studied several books but found their contents contradictory and flawed and threw them away. After that, look for another way to lose weight. He thought of finding a person who is healthy and fit in every way and making his thoughts, beliefs, and way of eating his role model. This method was effective, and he lost about fifteen kilograms of his weight in less than two months, without using diet and intentionally, with the methods of psychology and mind control, and considering his tall stature, which is about It was two meters, he got his fitness. He is mainly known for his series of books on success (Law of Attraction).

Anthony Robbins has spent more than half of his life helping others discover the greatness of their existence and improve it. He is one of the most successful people in the United States in improving others’ performance. He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of the Anthony Robbins Foundation, which was established to help people achieve personal and professional success.

For years, I have used Anthony Robbins’s teachings in my personal life, and I have achieved significant results. Now, I have decided to share a summary of these teachings with you in several articles.

First, Let’s ask a few questions: Is achieving success that simple?

Can we change everything in life: our bodies, social relationships, social situation? Do you think someone can’t become a billionaire in less than 12 months?

You may say that if all these are so simple that they can be achieved by using the power within, then why not everyone achieves such success?

It is a good question. There are many things in life that are very simple, but people easily miss them because they are immersed in their daily life.

Most people spend days and years in their lives and realize only in old age that they have taken over only a small part of life. Not because they are not intelligent but simply because they do not love what they want, so they do not take action and develop the power of decision. Before starting, I must say that making these changes depends on two principles:

1- You really want your life to change.

2- Be responsible for doing the exercises mentioned in this series of articles.

If you follow the above two principles, all those things that once were just a dream and a fantasy for you will become a part of your daily life.

Most of the people do not know what they want from life, but worse than them are those who know what they want but do not take any action to achieve it. They just sit and hope that one day they will get all their wishes. That “one day” is today, right now. Years ago, I heard a beautiful sentence: the road “someday” ends in nowhere.

So, are you ready to put aside all the excuses, learn the principles of activating your inner power step by step, and then apply these teachings in life?

The first principle is to make a decision, make a decision now. You can reach a higher position no matter how favorable your current position is. Just decide. “Expect more from yourself than others expect from you.”

Can you really achieve these successes? Why do few people achieve these successes in this world?

Such goals are less likely to be realized—not because they are unattainable, but because we lack the effort and perseverance to reach them. But why? Because of fear. Let’s explore fear further.

The biggest stumbling block to success is fear, which stops people from achieving their dreams. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of heights, fear of driving, fear of pain, and fear of all the unknown.

Now, the question is how to limit fear. The only way to overcome fear is to face it. If fear casts a shadow over your life, go to it and attack it.

Maybe limited at first. Building your fears may not sound easy, but it is practical. This should be done gradually and continuously, just like training your muscles.

For example, if you want a fit body, you should gradually start exercising with simple movements and gentle exercises. After a few months, you will see that you have much stronger muscles, and after a while, what seemed impossible to you will become the truth of your life.

The second principle is flexibility

Now is the time to train your soul muscles so that you can make decisions more easily and quickly. Three major factors are necessary to activate your inner greatness.

1- Know what you want.

2- Get to work.

3- Consider the results of your work.

Of course, using the above formula does not mean that you will not fail from now on. Most successful people are the most failed people in the world because they have tasted failure more than anyone else.

Most people don’t do anything in life because they fear failure, which actually means failure in life. But when successful people realize that the path they have chosen is wrong, they immediately choose another way to reach their destination. Anthony Robbins called this principle the “flexibility principle.”

On the road to good success, focus on whether the plan you have in progress is working well or not. In other words, after you have determined your desire and forced yourself to act, in the third step, you must see whether your path will reach your destination. Pay attention to the results of your actions. Otherwise, every step you take will take you away from your goal. But don’t be afraid to change your path as soon as you realize that the results are not what you expect; flexibility is a characteristic of successful people. Do not worry about the efforts you have made so far; they are all experiences that can be climbed like stairs to climb the ladder of success. You may say to yourself at some stage in your life: whatever, I was turned into cotton; what should I do now?

The answer is: just change your method and try another way. Maybe you say, “What if I still fail?” The answer is clear: try another method. If it doesn’t work, try another method. Try so many different methods and ways until you finally succeed. You might say, “It sounds crazy!!”

Let me ask you a question: How many times did you fall before you learned to walk? How long did it take you to finally take the first firm step on the ground? Are they trying to walk crazy? Watch children fall down several times before finally being able to walk. This is the magic formula for success. But adults don’t do this anymore. Adults accept failure as inevitable, and if they fail to achieve a goal, they may only try another method once or twice. There are few people who insist more than this on achieving a goal. They give up their goals very soon. They don’t exercise anymore; they leave their jobs, they divorce their spouses, and…
